Camping Trip!

After priesthood session Candace and I decided to go camping last minute. It was so much fun. We did not have any sleeping bags or tents so we had to improvise and use blankets instead. The place was lovely. It was not too cold and not too warm. It was PERFECT. This morning we made breakfast burritos and it was yummy. The place was our living room, and the place that we made that great meal was our kitchen.

On a different note, I have a question to ask (comment as you wish): Do husbands eat more when their wives are pregnant? Or am I just eating more because of soccer? Or is it because there are more snacks around the house?

Candace is doing well with the pregnancy... She does not have a baby bump yet but our little baby is as big as a lime (2 inches and 1/2 an ounce). She is almost done with her first trimester. We are so excited for this blessing that the Lord has provided for us. I cannot believe the Lord trusts me with his child but he must trust my kind, loving wife.

We have some friends that each gained the same amount of weight when the wife was pregnant with their first child! She lost the weight easily (you know, when the baby came out...there goes 7 + pounds) but the husband looked like he was still expecting..haha.

But in your case, I think that you are IN TRAINING and you need to eat more during the season.

Congratulations to both of you. So EXCITING!

And also, I've been reading about all of your soccer heroics, good job!!!!!

Yeah, a new post! I wish we could go camping, but it is still a little too warm during the day. Maybe you are sympathy eating. It isn't uncommon. Glad to hear things are going well.

You should have asked us! We could have let you borrow our tent, sleeping bags, camping stove, flash lights etc. We have to pay you back somehow for all the rides... Did you really go camping? Where?

Never mind... You went camping in your living room. I did not read close enough. If you do ever want to go camping for real, feel free to ask us for our stuff.
