Trip to DC
We had Cisco's mom here for a couple of weeks to help out with the baby. It was good to see her and good to have the help. She brought lots of baby clothes and a couple blankets from all the family in AZ, so thanks to all who gave us things!
When we went to drop her off in DC, we decided to make a trip out of it. We went up the day before and Cisco and I got to go to the temple, while his mom watched Emery for us. The next day, we went to Ihop, which we've wanted to do since we got married, but never have. Delicious! Then we went into DC and walked around and saw the White House and the monuments. We also went to some museum (don't remember the name), the Air and Space museum, and the sculpture garden.
It was a beautiful day and we had a lot of fun. What made it even better is all of the museums in DC are free so it was a pretty cheap trip. :) This was probably our last trip up there since we're moving back to the Best Coast soon, so it was good to see it all before we leave. We had fun with Emery too as you can tell by the pictures:
